Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
This indicated dehydration. Give him lots of oral fluids.
Also , if you have given him a lot of paracetamol , a possibility of liver dysfunction due to paracetamol should be considered causing yellow urine.
In case he has received anti virals like Acyclovir , it also requires a lot of hydration in order to avoid any kidney damage.
You may get his LFT and KFT done.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you want to discuss your issues further, you may please ask me through Premium Query directed on my name. I will help you my best.
Stay Healthy.
