What Could Be Cause Of Tickling Sensation In Stomach?

I have this tickling sensation in my stomach. I can t sleep at night, I need to move every now and then to remove the tickling sensation. It also occurs even daytime. I wonder what could be causing this and what medicine could i take. Help me please, thanks
