Hello,

Abdominal pain could be due to anything from constipation, gastritis, indigestion, stomach ulcer, acid reflux, bile stones, to hepatitis etc. Chest pain could be because of angina, MI, or CAD, acid reflux, gastritis, etc. Get clinically examined by a GP, get required blood tests and investigations done to detect the pathology causing symptoms.

Take antacids or PPIs, to get rid of pain due to acid reflux and gastritis. Get done tests to rule out ulcer, developing CAD, hepatitis, stones (bile stone, kidney test), CAD, etc. Take adequate amount of water and fiber in regular diet for better bowel movement. Avoid constipation, take laxatives if needed. If obese, do regular exercises and walking. Take well-cooked homemade food, plenty of fruits, veggies, lean meat, etc. Avoid taking refined flour, full fat dairy products, processed, packaged food, oily, hot, fried food, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
