What Could Be Causing A Persistent Burning Sensation In My Neck, Shoulders, And Head For Over A Year?

i have a burning sensationin my neck around the base of my skull cap and my shoulders that leads to my head hurting or a similar burning sensationin my neck and shoulders ive tried muscle relaxers ibuprofen tylenol everything i can think of and nothings helped this has been a on going issue now for the last year year and a half and no doctors have been able to help me im tired of being in pain everyday i have had a mri done on my neck and that came back fine i hade a ct scan done on my head and that came back fine im tired of being in pain
