What Could Be Causing A Strong Black Pepper Taste In Everything I Eat, Given My History Of A Benign Brain Tumor And Seizure Disorder?

Hello, It s been increasing for the pass two weeks. Everything I eat tastes like pepper. A very strong black pepper. I have other health issues, like I have a benign brain tumor since 2017 it caused me to have a seizure disorder. And I have other issues from it, but I have NEVER had this taste issue before.
