What Could Be Causing Chronic Cough, Fatigue, Dizziness, Digestive Issues, Skin Problems, Mental Changes, And Pain?

Listen I know I look like a bot but come on! A cough for months, dry and about 5-20 minutes, diareah a lot of the time, very dizzy/nauseas, upper leg feels like it fell asleep out of nowhere, genitals itch a lot, my palm vein or artery I dont know what it is but it hurts like for 5 seconds then stops, then five seconds again, sometimes cry for no reason, have white on my teeth, stomach cramps a lot, dry skin not as much as before though, bleed when I poop, every once in a while when I cough mucus comes out, diagnosed with flem, my heel/foot sometimes just starts hurting or its mobility is very little, I do this wierd thing with my throat, scratch my head to where I bleed sometimes, sometimes feel like theres someone in my head talking to me even though i hear nothing and i know its just myself, my eyed turn red a little sometimes, am having trouble seeing time to time, and get headaches even though i never used to on 3 corners of my head, and feel very tired and fatigued, hardly sleep, like WTF. I COULD NAME SO MUCH MORE IM BOUT TO SUBMIT A WORLD RECORD!
