What Could Be Causing Constant Tickling And White Flaky Things Around My Anus, And Why Might Treatments For Worms Not Be Effective?

hi, I’ve been having constant tickling and feeling like something is moving around inside and around my anus I see white flaky things around my anus everyday but they do not move. I have took pin x and other medications to treat that to see if I have worms but nothing seems to help me. I really need help. Thanks!
