What Could Be Causing Constant Tingling In My Left Pinky, Ring Finger, And The Area Below Them For Several Days?

Hello - I have been having constant tingling in my left hand, just on my pinky and ring finger and below those two fingers. This has been going on for several days now. Can you shed any light on what is causing this and how I can get it to stop? Thanks very much.
