What Could Be Causing Digestion Issues For The Past 5 Days, Obstruction Sensation In My Upper Intestines, And Slight Stomach Swelling?

Hi. I have been having difficulty eating solid food for the past 5 days. When I eat it has a hard time digesting and I feel a narrowing/ obstruction in my upper intestines. It started last Friday when my heart rate accelerated and I had a small panick attack. After that I could eat but the food was not processed properly because it feels like there is something obstructing or narrowing my intestines. There is no pain but a slight swelling in my stomach and discomfort. I also had an accelerated heart rate this past Monday but ate a banana and calmed down. My family has a history of mono nucleosis but I do not feel that fatigued.
