What Could Be Causing Dizziness And Disorientation After A Tanning Session?

Hi , I ve been going tanning since I was 18!! I m almost 42!! The last 3 times I have went ...when I get out of the tanning bed my head is spinning and so dizzy like im looking around to see where I m at !! I have to sit down for like 3 mins!! Then it goes away
