What Could Be Causing Excess Gas, Upper Stomach Pain, And Dark-colored Stool For 3 Weeks?

I am 23 years old..and from 3 weeks i had excess gas and pain in my upper stomach and my stool was a little dark colored.I consulted a doctor and he gave me tests and i just got the liver sgpt test and it was 95..can anyone tell me what is happening to my body?
