What Could Be Causing Frequent Electric Tingling Sensations, Random Extreme Heartbeat, Black Spots In Vision, And Weakness?

HI im am getting these electric tingle pulse sensations happy in my body causing my heart beat to have a random extreme beat then continue as usual am getting these pulse tingles every couple of seconds now where it was now and then it would happen it causes me to have black spots in my vision and feel weak and uncomfortable as i dont know how to explain the feeling or not knowing what it is caused by really scares me please help me understand it
