What Could Be Causing Increased Heart Rate, Chest Pain, Gasping For Breath, And Internal Shakes, Especially At Night And When Lying Down?

Two weeks been having issues. Heart rate increase as laying down ( not always but frequently) and sometimes upon waking up. Sometimes chest pain, usually more at night. One night jolted awake gasping for breath. Slight burning when trying to deep breath. One day vomiting not sure if related as I drank alot of acid ( oj / cran juice all day). As I was laying down I felt internal shakes. Any thoughts on what this could be?
