What Could Be Causing Left Foot Numbness, Tingling, Leg Cramps, And Back Pain?

Hi, I am having left foot numbness and tingling primarily in the pinky toe and the toe next to it. Often, it spreads to the whole foot. The pain spreads up my calf and last for 20 minutes or so. I am having leg and foot weakness on that left side. I am experiencing frequent leg cramp in the left calf, lower left back pain. The activities that back the pain worse and laying flat and/or standing. I had a EMG done on Tuesday and awaiting results from that.
