What Could Be Causing Me To Vomit A White, Icicle-like, Stiff Gummy Substance?

hello i have been throwing up for several months and been to several er and GI doctors but no one can tell me what is going on. Every time i throw it is like white icicle looking things but it feels like a stiff gummy substance what is it. I can not keep water or food down
