What Could Be Causing Mouth Sores, Blurred Vision, Hand Swelling, And Joint Pain In Addition To Fibromyalgia?

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 20 years ago so I know I have that, but I have new symptoms. My dad had Lupus so I was thinking I may have it. the first ANA test was positive but the next 2 were negative. What else may be going along with Fibromyalgia to cause inflammation, sores in mouth, blurred vision, and swelling in hands with bad joint pain besides Lupus? The RA test was negative also.
