What Could Be Causing My Child S Persistent Low-grade Fever At Night For Two Months?

Hi.. my daughter is 9.4 yrs old. She has low grade fever from last two months. Two months back she was diagnosed with typhoid. We took proper medications and her body temperature got normal for few days. After 4-5 days again she got down with fever. We again took medicines, this time normal stomach infection medicines only. She got fine during that period but again got down with fever after two days. Again we took antibiotics n till now this is happening. She gets fine during the day but at night she gets fever sometimes around 99.3, 99.4, sometimes 100 too but doctors said you don’t hv to give medicines if fever is below 100, so we r not giving her paracetamol. We hav got all the tests like cbc, crp, blood culture, urine culture, chest X-ray, abdominal scan , done 4 times. Just sometimes a lil crp n tlc are higher which doctors said is normal viral infection. Otherwise she looks ok and not even hot. Sometimes at night she feels little low or tired. Please help.
