What Could Be Causing My Child To Vomit Clear, Sweet-smelling Liquid And Have Rancid-smelling Flatulence?

Hi, My daughter is 6 and she has vomited 4 times when she vomited in mine I had to wake her up when she vomited and each time it has been clear and sweet smelling and fruity and when she farts it smells very very rancid and acidity. She has not fever or chills.
