What Could Be Causing My Fever, Chills, Headache, And Painful Groin Lymph Node Near A Red Bite Mark?

Hello, its been three days now that i have been having cold chills and fever accompanied with severe headache. i also noticed two days ago that i have a painful lymphnode close to my groin area. at closer inspection i noticed a small red bite like a flee or something. Could you advise what i should or could do.
