What Could Be Causing My Joint Pain And Rising ESR?

One month ago, I felt pain and swelling in my knee. Rushed to nearby bone specialist doctor. He removed yellow coloured fluid from it and inject some medicine in my knee and prescribed me some medicines and tests. All tests were normal except ESR. Esr is 18.For 2-3 days i felt good with medicines bt after that i experienced unbearable pain in my chest, ankle, inner thighs. I kept on taking prescribed medicine for another 20 days. Bt there is no relief. After that i changed the doctor. This time i consulted ayurvedic doctor he wants to repeat the test, then my ESR rises to 43.I was shocked and covered in all joints pain. Ayurvedic medicine did not work as well. Some said you have arthritis some said you have inflammation. My RA Factor is negative. I am confused and in extreme pain. What should i do? Please help
