What Could Be Causing My Persistent Lower Right Back Pain A Year After A Deadlift Injury?

About a year ago I was working out doing the deadlift exercise and pulled my back. After that I stopped going to the gym for a while so that it could heal up. A couple days later I slept the wrong way and pulled my back even more. When I woke up I could barely move as the lower back hurt so much from sleeping the wrong way. It's been about a year now and to this day my back still hurts when I sleep. It's on the lower right back and I can't sleep on the right side without it hurting. Sometimes when I'm laying on my back I can feel the pain radiating from the lower back. This has affected my sleeping because I can't sleep on my right side without feeling a dull pain. Do you have an idea of what this might be caused from?
