What Could Be Causing My Recent Breathing Difficulty, Choking Sensation During Sleep, And Low Heart Rate?

Hi, I have had difficulty in breathing from the last 3 days, while having longer conversations, while sleeping a feeling of choking etc. Also my heart rate is around 55bpm. Please let me know what could be the issue.(No past issues as such) Thank you
