What Could Be Causing My Stomach And Body To Feel Cold To The Touch?

Hi, Skin of stomach is cold to the touch and difficult to warm up bloated stomach i feel cold inside and to the touch no diarrhea no blood in urine or stool CBC plaquette and liver test is good but my tummy is cold inside and out it feels like what is going on ?? Docotro did a blood test cbc palette and liver lipides and blood culture all clean no vomiting just hard as can be to warm my belly and legs some times too body temp under arm and rectal 36.1 C
