What Could Be Causing My Sudden Weight Gain, Body And Facial Swelling, And High BP?

Hello Doctor, Trust this message finds you in best of health. I have high Bp 194/120 and over all there is swelling in the body. Face is swollen that there is prepetition in lips. I do not have thyroid. My age is 39 and I am married with 2 kids. All of sudden my weight gained 10 - 12 kgs from last six months. My fibroid test is also normal. LFT test is also normal. We are not able to diagnose the actual reason for all this. Kindly suggest exact tests and treatment for the same. Stay blessed and happy! Best regards
