What Could Be Causing New Pain In My Bruised Buttock, Leg, And Knee Two Years After A Fall?

Hi. I fell down the stairs just over two years ago and suffered amnesia vertigo and a head laceration. In addition I had bruising all over my right buttock and was left with a long dent in my buttock which is visible even when dressed. Recently I have started getting pain in that area and down my leg thigh and into my knee and shin. Any remedy please? I do make myself walk two miles daily whatever,
