What Could Be Causing Pain Below Eye And Ear?

Dear Sir,
My mom is 50 Years old . she has been feeling a severe pain in a vain connected Nose and right Ear. she feels the pain is in the vain just below the right Eye. The pain gets severe when the weather is cold or she have cold. She took consultation of ENT but no improvement. Now What to do?
