What Could Be Causing Pain In Right Side Of Adams Apple And Throat Near Collarbone?

Hi i have pain in right side of my adams apple and in throght near coller bone,i am also feeling chock in deep of my throught and need to discharge muscus frequently which is too thick,some times i have seen blood thrads in muscus also, i have consult 2 diffrent ENT sergons 1 told me it tonsalitis and second one suggest me sialendoscopy and doubt to stones in submendibular gland but i could not understend why i am feeling pain at those parts due to that, i had gone under lepcoly and also having sinasitus.... Please suggest exectly what it is? i gave up chwing Rajnigandha+Tobaco before 8-9 months and use to have liquer occesionaly

hello,thanks for ur query, tobacco chewing, alcohol, granulomatous disorders like tuberculosis, rhinosceroma or trauma or acid laryngitis can cause chronic laryngitis where pain will b at Adam's apple adsociated with hoarseness of voice. u need to go for diagnostic laryngoscopy and blood tests to rule out d cause. kindly visit an ent surgeon. all d best. take care.
