What Could Be Causing Persistent Foamy Urine And Frequent Nighttime Urination When Diagnosed Kidney Stones And Fatty Liver?

Good day all. My urine has been foamy since I treated heavy staphylococcus for about 2 months now. I ve gone several lab test of urinalysis and urine culture with kidney function test(2 weeks ago) which all came out normal. Although last week I was diagnosed with kidney stones 3 in my left kidney and 2 in my right kidney all measuring 0.3cmx0.3cm. Also I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver with my liver 16.5cm last week. I do have frequent urination(but not urgent like urinary tract infection). Am on daily exercise now and ketogenic meals because of my fatty liver as my doctor instructed. Please I really need possible answer what can be causing the foamy urine and frequent urination and especially at night I do urinate 2 to 3 times.(Although I do take a lot of water sometimes because of my kidney stone as instructed by my doctor). Please I really need a helpful answer and I ve been seriously thinking over it every time.
