What Could Be Causing Persistent Itchy Papules That Turn Into Vesicles And Red Dots, Along With Red Palatoglossal And Palatopharyngeal Arches?

Hi, I have red Palatoglossal and Palatopharyngeal arch, also since 1 week I have erythematous itchy papules spread distantly on upper extremity and lower. Also the papules turn into vesicles and resolve with tiny red central dot.but they are still coming in new areas of limbs. I live in an area of high mosquito prevalence, I m allergic to dust, temperature changes and strong fragrance. I took allegra 1 pill which gave me relief from itching, but itchy papules are still persistently erupting. What should I do?
