What Could Be Causing Persistent Right Leg And Appendix-area Pain Unrelieved By IBS Treatment, Especially After Gym Activity?

Good day, I ve been having pain in my right leg and right appendix for almost a month I went to the doctor they gave me stuff for IBS but that also did not work. I went to the gym the on day and at night I got a burning numbed pain near my appendix, what can be the reason for this?
