What Could Be Causing Persistent Right Lower Back Pain When Sitting Or Bending?

Hi Doctor from last 4 months i am suffering from lower right backpain when I sit 30 min continuously or doing my daily activities I felt pain but i walk i don t feel any pain but i bend or sit iam uncomfortable.what is the remedy of this ..initially this pain is caused because of in my working hours iam standing long time 4 to 5hours continuously in daily basis but now i left that job but still iam suffering from back pain on only right side.please give advice thankyou.
