What Could Be Causing Persistent Swelling, Headaches, And Puffiness In My Temple After Brain Aneurysm Surgery?

I had a brain anurysm clipping surgery 28th Dec 2021 I had mri scans with dye a week ago came back clear blood tests all clear no infections I have a swollen temple that has not gone away since the operation I had a blood test for giant cell arthritis my inflamation was up 4 weeks ago but 3 days ago the test said I had no inflamation I m still getting headaches my temple is still swollen on right side and my eye looks a bit puffy today they said no fluid is in the temple sometimes it stings they can t tell me what s wrong they said they wouldn t do a temple biopsy as my blood test was clear
