What Could Be Causing Persistent Vibrations Between My Anus And Scrotum, Muscle Spasms, Tinnitus, And Throat Mucus Despite A Normal CT Scan?

I have vibration sensation between my anus and scrotum for many years though I hardly remember the last time I felt this sensation until recently and it can last the whole day. Another thing is like I have muscle spasm all over my body parts though not periodically. The one that is persistent is the one on my head behind right ear. I also have tinnitus on both ears though the right ear is more intense. Have brain CT scan and it is not but MRI shows cervical muscle sprain. Also I have simple cysts on left lube of throat and multiple lymph reacting according to Ultra Sound. Also I ve mucus in my throat that doesn t seem to want to come out.
