What Could Be Causing Severe Anal Itching, White Discoloration, Small Pimples, And Occasional Bleeding?

Hello Lately I ve been having horrible butthole itching, when I checked it in the mirror it my butthole looked white as if it s infected and I have a little but of hemriodes, anyways like I said it looks white and it continues to my buttcrack a bit, and around the buttcrack there are some small tiny pimples that itches too, sometimes I itch my butthole so severely until it bleeds, sometimes it calms down when I put baby oil, any help?
