What Could Be Causing Severe, Persistent Headaches With Pressure, Twitching At My Temples, And A Fizzing Sound In My Head?

Hi good day i have been getting really bad headaches since the beginning of December....it feels like pressure is in my head and like somthing is squeezing my head tightly.......i sleep with headache and get up with it....my head is also twitching at my temples and i keep hearing a fizzing or water sound at the back of my head.....private doctors told me to check for Covid but i know that i dont have that and hospital arent tending to me......can someone plz help me
