What Could Be Causing Shaking In My Fingers, Especially On The Left For Over A Week?

Hi, recently my fingers have been shaking/vibrating and it’s only my fingers not my whole hand. It mostly happens on left fingers more than on my right. It’s been happening for a week now. It happened on Saturday after I got my eyebrows done and then my fingers started to shake.
