General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are so many reasons for high blood pressure. It is possible to be kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, feocromocitoma, stress genetics being obese etc. You should take an appointment with your doctor and make some examinations to take anti-hypertensive therapy. In the meantime, avoid alcohol, smoke, salt, walk in fresh air and eat healthy foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
