What Could Be Causing Sudden Vomiting Episodes Triggered By Heat Or Physical Activity, Despite A Normal Gallbladder?

Hi, I have suddenly, the past several months, had episodes of vomiting. My gallbladder was checked and it was good. Now, when i get hot working in my yard or garage it causes vomiting. What could possibly be going on? Before this I never had this issue.
