What Could Be Causing Swelling And Rising ESR And CRP In My Right Leg One Year After ACL Reconstruction?

hy I am 32 years old and one year back acl reconstruction done in my right leg.Now two weeks before on that same leg just above the surgery area there is a swelling and pain.I tested all the blood checkup’s and esr 80 and crp 162 and also the blood cultured there is no infection shown. After 1 week again I tested esr become 100 and crp become 172 please kindly give a remedy
