What Could Be Causing The Enlargement Of My Meatus, And How Can I Make It Smaller Again?

Hi I m 35 years old and I don t have any health issue but I would to know my meatus is before small but from last one to two year it s gets big cut automatically so can I know what is the reason for that and what is the solution to make smaller again.it is very serious issued I m confused so please I need your valuable support.
