What Could Be Causing The Feeling Of Something Stuck In My Neck With Esophageal Or Stomach Pain?

Hi, I need an advice.I have got this pain in aesophagus or stomach ,it feels as if something is stuck in my neck causing pain .I took ganaton D and omega but still its not going..please guide what should i take and also what is the cause of this pain? Thank you!
