What Could Be Causing The Vibrating Or Jolting Feeling In My Left Rib, Mucus Cough, Nausea, And Fatigue, Despite A Negative Chest X-ray?

I’ve been having a vibrating/jolting feeling in my left rib, accompanied sometimes by pain. I had a chest X-Ray done, which came back negative for anything. I’ve been feeling unwell for 3 weeks, with a mucus cough, but the mucus won’t leave my throat, and I’ve had nausea recently and been feeling tired. What’s going on?
