Hi,
I read your query and understand your concern
As I read your mother blood test report it seems that everything is OK expect tryglicerides which has gone a little high
Anyway you don't have reason to worry too much as nowadays dislipidemia is fully treatable
I treat my patient with high trygliceride with phibrate and the result are seen within first month so be calm your mother is fine
Avoid animal fat in her diet
Hope my answer has helped you
Best regards
