Hello, While I was getting wax, the upper layer of my skin was pulled of and is red what should I do?

Hi welcome to Healthcaremagic

If there is no bleeding then leave it as if.., it will get back to normal skin by a week... if in case there is bleeding or pain then apply cotton by pressure or use ice cube which will stop the bleeding.. and you can consult dermatologist tomorrow...
