What Could Be Done For Swollen And Sensitiveness Underneath The Tongue With Prominent Blue Veins And Excessive Saliva?

I have been producing excessive amounts of saliva for over one week. Initially it gave me an acidic taste in my mouth but that has gone. I need to keep swallowing all the saliva when talking and my tongu feels different to control. The underneath feels and looks swollen and is sensitive. The blue viens are very prominent especially at side of tongue.
