What Could Be Done For The Struck Meat In The Throat?

Hello. i'm currently suffering from eosinofilia esofagitis.
Right this instant i have (tried) to swallow a meat chunk but its stuck in my throat, i can't get it down nor up. What should i do ?
i have no problem breathing but i still feel some discomfort since i cannot swallow my own spit or water while this thing is stuck.

eosinophilia esophagitis is allergic inflammatory condition, that leads to swallowing difficulty , food impactipn and heat burn, you require to see a gastroenterologist and he will perform endoscopy and with the help of endo the impacted food will be removed .
