What Could Be Random Extra Hole On Body?

I have a random extra hole on my body... I just found this out a few minutes ago... I looked it up and I can t find anything like it...it s like someone stabbed me with a toothpick and it never closed up (my imagination is weird) but it reminds me of that

It is a rare symptom unheard of. Keep a watch on it. Futher investigation like MRI of area to study extent of tissue involved.Inform whether there is pain while discharge from hole. General investigation like routine blood examination can be done.
