What Could Be The 2 Little Pieces Seen Inside Vagina?

Hi doctor ! I m 28 years old . I have 3 kids . My latest delivery before 8 months . Recently I saw 2 little small pieces inside the vegina on th corner , from the last corner not the top. Their are same rice and not hurting or itching me what r these pieces ??
