What Could Be The Big Thick Clumpy Vaginal Discharge?

i am 23 years old and had unprotected sex and am pretty certain i may be pregnant but just waiting to see if i miss my period in the next few days. i just went to the toilet for a wee, and big thick clumps of discharge came out, even when i cleaned myself the tissue filled with loads of discharge. the gp said i dont have an infection. i am wondering what it could be as for the past few weeks im getting very thick clear discharge, not smelly and not foul in colour. what could it be? thank you
