What Could Be The Black Scab And Discoloration On Right Side Of Head Of Penis?

I have a black scab and discoloration on the right side of the head of my penis. It doesn't hurt there is no fluid or puss coming out it. But it does tingle when it brushes up against my boxers or underwear. I went to the doctor and she said it was a abrasion. I'm not sure if she is right I think it may be something esle. Can someone help?

What you probably need to do is get less right clothes.

I would also like to know why you feel it is something else?
